Who we are
Euromaster Industry — a manufacturer of polypropylene pools, spas and reservoirs in Georgia. Website: euroindustry.ge.
What we collect
Data you provide: the name, email, phone number and message/conversation text you send through the contact form or chat. Conversations with our AI assistant and operators are stored for service quality. Photos uploaded to the AI design tool are used only to generate your visualization. Technical data collected automatically: pages viewed, country, device type, interface language, the source you arrived from, plus random, impersonal browser and visit ids — see “Cookies and analytics” below.
Cookies and analytics
Below is every cookie and measurement tool the site uses, and what we still never store. (1) Google Analytics — visit statistics, via cookies. (2) Meta Pixel — advertising cookies (_fbp, _fbc) used to measure the performance of our ads and to build advertising audiences; these are advertising cookies. (3) Our own statistics — uses three first-party cookies that belong to this site alone and are never passed to third parties: em_vid — a random, impersonal browser id; it lets us count one browser once instead of once every day; lifetime 1 year. em_sid — a random id for a single visit; it groups together the pages you viewed during that visit; lifetime 30 minutes, refreshed on each new page. em_att — the source you first arrived from (channel, source, campaign and date); it lets an enquiry sent later be credited to the ad or search that first brought you here; lifetime 1 year. All three values are randomly generated, contain nothing about your identity, are readable only by our server (httpOnly) and are sent over a secure connection. If cookies are blocked, the visit still reaches our aggregate statistics — in that case the browser is distinguished by an anonymous code derived from a key that rotates every day, so it can no longer be linked to your visit the next day. (4) What we never store: your IP address, your full browser identifier (user-agent), the full page URL or its query string (apart from utm_*), your city or region, and anything from the contact form or chat. Detailed visit records are deleted after 30 days — only aggregate, non-personal statistics remain. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and manage Meta ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences; clearing this site’s cookies in your browser removes ours as well.
How we use and share it
Data is used to respond to your inquiry, provide consultation, improve our service and measure the performance of our advertising. We never sell your data. It is shared with third parties only in these cases: (a) Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API; when you submit the contact form, hashed values of your name, email and phone are sent to Meta together with your IP address and technical browser data, to attribute the result of an ad; (b) WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp; (c) Google — for visit statistics (Google Analytics); (d) Anthropic — to technically generate chatbot replies.
Storage & security
Data is stored in a secured database over encrypted connections; access is limited to authorized staff. Detailed technical visit records are deleted after 30 days — only aggregate, non-personal statistics are kept after that.
Your rights & data deletion
You may request access, correction, or full deletion of your data at any time — email pool@euromaster.ge or call the number listed on the site; we will comply within 30 days.
