Advantages

Why polypropylene?

Polypropylene is a strong, durable and water-permeable thermoplastic polymer - the safest material for contact with water. With a 50-year warranty.

Low Density

Around 0.9 g/cm³ — which makes polypropylene lightweight and simplifies its installation.

Thermal Stability

Withstands low and high temperatures without deformation — heating and cooling do not damage the material.

Chemical Inertness

Does not react with acids, alkalis or other organic compounds — clean, safe water.

Eco-Friendly

Polypropylene contains no toxic chemicals — safe for children and the environment.

Watertightness

The material is impermeable to water. A special welding technology ensures fully sealed joints.

Durability

Unharmed by UV rays, chemicals and temperature swings — lasts 50+ years.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a polypropylene pool, and why choose it over concrete or a liner pool?

A polypropylene pool is a finished, one-piece vessel: PP sheets (Simona / Paneltim) are welded at our factory into a single watertight shell, so there is no liner, no tiling and no separate waterproofing. The light-blue or blue colour is the plastic itself, not paint, so it never peels or fades. The material withstands frost, is UV-stabilised, resists pool chemicals, and its smooth, non-porous surface gives deposits nothing to cling to, so it cleans easily. That is why we build our pools from PP rather than concrete.

Skimmer or overflow pool — what is the difference, and which should I choose?

In a skimmer pool the water sits a few centimetres below the rim, and a skimmer built into the wall cleans the surface — a simpler, more compact setup. In an overflow pool the water fills right to the edge, spills into a channel around the perimeter and returns through filtration: the surface is cleaned continuously and the pool reads as a flat sheet of water. We build both — Mamkoda and Manglisi are skimmer pools; Betania, Kutaisi and Lisi are overflow. We will help you choose at a free consultation.

What shapes and sizes do you offer? Can you make a pool to my dimensions?

We build rectangular, oval and triangular pools. Because every pool is made at our own factory for a specific project, size is not limited to a catalogue — length, width and depth are tailored to your garden, budget and wishes. For reference, from completed projects: 3.5×9 m in Mamkoda, 3.5×7.5 m in Betania and Lisi (1.5 m deep), 4×7.5 m in Kutaisi and an oval 4×9 m pool in Kakheti. Browse the project gallery and the pools page.

Can the pool have a built-in Roman staircase and LED lighting?

Yes — both are planned at the design stage. A built-in Roman staircase, terrace or bench is made together with the pool shell, from the same polypropylene, and it is the most comfortable option, especially for children and older family members. If you would rather keep the full swimming area, we also offer a removable ladder. Built-in LED lighting gives the pool an entirely different look in the evening. The oval pool in Kakheti has a large Roman staircase, Didi Dighomi a staircase and terrace, and both Manglisi pools Roman staircases — see them in projects.

How do I order a pool, and what stages does the project go through?

It all happens in four steps. First, a free consultation: we listen to your vision and requirements and analyse the budget. Second, design: 3D visualisation, detailed drawings and material selection. Third, construction: installation by our experienced team. Fourth, the result: turnkey handover with a warranty and technical support. There is no online purchase on the site — every project begins with a consultation. Get in touch and we will take the first step together.

How much does a polypropylene pool cost, and what determines the price?

There is no single price, because no two of our projects have ever been the same. The cost depends on the pool type (skimmer or overflow), size and depth, shape, a built-in staircase, terrace and LED lighting, the choice of filtration system, and the conditions and location of the site. That is why we quote each project individually, once the requirements are clear. For an exact offer, use the free consultation: we will go through your vision and budget together and prepare a detailed estimate.

Where do you make your pools, and which regions of Georgia do you install in?

We build the pools at our own factory in Tbilisi, at 10 Besarion Zhgenti Street — a full production cycle with German technology and quality control: processing, welding and inspection of the polypropylene sheet (Simona / Paneltim) all happen in one place. We also have a showroom where you can see the material and finished samples for yourself. We install across all of Georgia: Tbilisi and its surroundings, Batumi and Adjara, Kakheti, Mtskheta, Kutaisi and beyond. See real projects from Kakheti, Kutaisi, Manglisi and Mtskheta in the gallery.

Which filtration system is better — wall-mounted pipeless or standalone?

We offer both; the choice depends on your site and project. The wall-mounted pipeless system attaches to the pool wall and needs no pipework — a compact solution where setting aside a separate technical space is difficult. The standalone system is the classic, hidden option: the equipment sits outside the pool, out of sight. In either case the system is matched to the pool's type and volume. We also supply pumping stations. For the right choice, request a consultation.

Does a polypropylene pool survive winter and frost?

Yes. Polypropylene is frost-resistant: it does not crack or turn brittle at low temperatures, so a PP pool stays in the garden all year round in our climate. Because the shell is a single welded vessel, the freeze-thaw cracking that tends to affect concrete and tiles simply does not occur. The material is UV-stabilised, so the sun does not harm it either. At handover we give you recommendations for preparing the pool and filtration system for winter, and our technical support is there whenever you need it.

How much work is it to maintain a polypropylene pool?

Very little. The surface is smooth and non-porous, so deposits and algae struggle to take hold, and the material stands up to pool chemicals. The filtration system does most of the work: in an overflow pool the surface is cleaned continuously, in a skimmer pool by the skimmer. For the floor and walls we recommend the X5 cleaning robot — 2449 ₾: it plans its own route with a gyroscope and cleans the pool without you lifting a finger. Technical support continues after handover.

Who needs a polypropylene water reservoir?

Anyone who needs a reliable water reserve — for a house or country home, for watering a garden or vineyard, for farm or technical use, and especially where the water supply is unreliable. We make reservoirs from the same polypropylene as our pools: the vessel is welded into one piece and fully watertight, UV-resistant, never rusts and serves you for years. Capacity and shape are set per project. Read more on the reservoirs page or request a consultation.

How do I contact you and get a free consultation?

The easiest way is to fill in the contact form and we will get back to you. You can also call +995 568 60 03 08 or write to info@euroindustry.ge. Our sales office is at 132 Akaki Beliashvili Street, Tbilisi, open Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. The consultation is free and puts you under no obligation: we will listen to what pool, spa zone or reservoir you have in mind, discuss the site and budget, and then prepare an individual offer. You are also welcome at the showroom — please arrange a visit in advance.
